The Ursa
Foundation, founded in 1976 is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 Foundation providing
continuing professional education to health care professionals. All
enrollees must be Licensed, Registered or Certified with statutory authority to
apply the techniques learned. Our philosophy is that the body is a functional unit and should be evaluated as such. Ursa courses are clinically oriented and scientifically based. Ursa courses emphasize a "hands-on approach" in a low pressure learning situation, offering clinicians the opportunity to learn techniques and strategies to achieve a successful manual practice. Ursa courses provide you with information to help you improve the quality of patient care and expedite the rehabilitation of athletes. We are excited to announce the addition of Lino Cedros, ATC, MT as a Senior Faculty of the Ursa Foundation. Lino will be teaching courses in Sacramento, CA and these classes will follow the same high standards found in all Ursa courses. Ursa classes offer refreshments prior to the start of class, mid-morning and afternoon snacks are provided. We are now in our 32nd year of providing outstanding continuing education classes. We would like to thank you for your continued support and interest in quality professional education. Below you will find a hyperlink for the 2008 schedule and registration form. The Washington Osteopathic Medical Association co-sponsors Ursa courses. The Ursa Foundation is a NATABOC approved provider. We look forward to seeing you! Linda N.
